Here’s How It Works:
1Peruse our
catering menus online, or consider the type of cuisines and meal plans you would like us to create. You will also need to consider your:
- EVENT TYPE
- ANTICIPATED NUMBER OF GUESTS
- ANTICIPATED DURATION OF EVENT
- VENUE LOCATION
- DESIRED STYLE OF SERVICE (I.E. HORS D’OUEUVRES, BUFFET, PLATED, PLATTERS, ETC.)
- STAFFING REQUIREMENTS (I.E. WAIT STAFF, SERVERS, BARTENDERS, ON-SITE CHEF, ETC.)
- PREFERRED PLATE WARE (I.E. CHINA, ECO-FRIENDLY DISPOSABLE, STANDARD DISPOSABLE, ETC.)

3 Following your consultations, we will email you a detailed proposal that includes all of the estimated total costs. Our team is happy to work with you to make any changes necessary in order to fit your overall needs and budget.
4After you confirm and approve your order, we will send you a contract. You will need to sign this contract and send it back to us with a 25% deposit. The remainder of your bill will be due at the same time your event concludes.
